What To Expect At An Akashic Reading
If you have never received an Akashic Records reading, you may be wondering what to expect. Below I describe what my clients generally experience at a Reading with me.
When I do a reading for a client, whether in person, on the phone, or via Skype/Zoom, we will first chat a little bit and I will ask about the client’s experiences with the Records, if any. If they have no prior experience or knowledge of the Akashic Records, I will tell them a bit about what they are. Then, I will ask for the client’s full legal name, as well as the name they commonly go by, as I will need that information for the process, to identify their Records.
We then take a moment for focused breathing, and share a short centering meditation.
After the short meditation, I ask my client what they would like to learn or take away from their reading. I will take notes (I take notes during the reading process as well, it is the best way for me to work). I also invite my client to take notes during the reading of they wish.
Once centered and settled, I will open my client’s Akashic Records via the Pathway Prayer Process© that Dr. Linda Howe shares with her students. (See the individual blog post on the Pathway Prayer Process.) When I enter my client’s Records, I will get a feel for their Records, and invite their Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones (MTLOs) to join us. (See individual blog post on the MTLOs.) At that time, the reading commences.
I share information with my client as I receive it. They are welcome to ask questions. Once the information flow seems to be coming to a close, I ask the MTLOs if that is all at this time, and proceed from there.
Once the reading is concluded, I close my client’s Records with the Closing Prayer of the Pathway Prayer. A short discussion often ensues.
If my client is open to it, I will ask then to jot down a short comment or two that I can add to the acknowledgements on my website.
The process generally takes about one hour.
